This notice covers the Beachside guest Wi‑Fi page only. It is separate from the privacy policy on beachside.co.uk.
Who we are
Beachside Leisure Holidays Limited is the data controller for guest information collected on this page. You can reach us at Beachside Holiday Park, Hayle, Cornwall TR27 5AW, on 01736 753080, or at reception@beachside.co.uk.
Gould Electronics hosts this page for us and handles the information only on our instructions.
Getting online
If you agree to the Wi‑Fi terms and press connect, we record that you accepted them, the time, and the device address needed to open the connection. We do this because you asked us for Wi‑Fi. You can connect without giving your name or email, and without joining the mailing list.
We keep that connection record for up to 12 months, then delete it.
News and offers
We email you only if you press “Agree to emails and connect” and give us an email address. “Just connect” does not add you to the mailing list, even if an email address was typed in. The lawful basis is your consent. You can withdraw it at any time by using the unsubscribe link or by contacting reception. Withdrawing consent does not affect your Wi‑Fi.
We keep marketing details until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them.
Who else sees it
The connection record stays with us and with Gould Electronics as our provider. If you opt in, your name and email are passed to the email service we use to send Beachside messages. We do not sell guest information.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your information, ask us to correct or delete it, and you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office. Contact reception and we will help.
